Thats All Folks

Well all done for another year and as always the water on sunday was great for racing.  A lot of clubs need to factor in to their travel plans that Sunday is the spare day and may, in some cases, need to be used.  There was talk that it was like Waihola a little while ago.  Before my time I must say

The Blazer Bar was a great success.  It ran out of beer at about 4.00 pm - just as well some may say.  Those that turned up in their blazers looked great and it was the first time I had seen so many together.  Shame on those that failed to wear theirs.  Excuses were many - some of them quit elaborate.  

Particularly splendid was Evan McCalman in his fine New Zealand Blazer (see the pic on the right)
